A bit about me…

My career began in hotel operations, which shaped my hospitality approach and customer-first focus. This foundation led me to a 7-year journey in wealth management services, where I had the unique responsibility of being a “go-to” resource for a $3B AUM client base. From post-sales onboarding and platform enablement to portfolio health-checks and process automation, I was a steadfast partner for clients to succeed in their personal financial planning.

During my time at the firm, I contributed to a 98% client retention rate by fostering strong professional relationships built on consistent empathy, reliability, and appreciation. I also spearheaded an essential data clean-up project in Salesforce CRM by filtering duplicate, null, and improperly segmented accounts. As the client data became more accurate and coherent, my daily outreach workflow was completed in 50% less time - a massive impact on productivity and prioritization. I also partnered with Operations to improve the client activation timeline by 25% by designing repeatable playbooks to streamline intake and mitigate bottlenecks.

My interest in learning the foundations of UX Design peaked when I was tasked to be the PM for a website re-design project. I had the opportunity to work with a UX designer as an editorial lead, and I grew a fond curiosity for the field from that project onward.

In 2022, a reduction in force landed me in a pivotal place. I had the opportunity to join another wealth management firm and continue a similar professional path, but I ultimately decided to take the opportunity to invest in my professional development and family. I took the leap and completed a UX/UI Design bootcamp, the product of which you are currently experiencing. Through this learning opportunity, I gained a significant understanding of human-centered design principles, and I am eager to apply them to my next role.

When I’m not tinkering around in Figma, I’m usually cooking, exercising, or getting bossed around by my dog, Flower.

Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me! I’m always open to making new connections, so please feel free to say hello!

My happy place.
